PROGRAMMING

OYR: All Hits !
Old Yist Radio continues its journey after an absence of nearly six years. Deepshine has moved on, Yist has moved south, and the show has evolved a bit. More of a radio show than a mixshow, expect plenty of mic breaks, guests, comedy bits, news, gossip, and silly childlike nonsense. In bewteen that we play the best in deep house, soul & funk classics, classic hip-hop, forgotten 80s records, and whatever else seems fitting. Every friday night at 9:00PM EST.

Deep's Love Handles
Original OYR co-host Deepshine ditches the dead weight and invites you to join him and his love handles on his new show. Touch them. Feel them. Love them. House, hip-hop, soul, rock, tech house, banana phone, live mic breaks, two turntables, four computers, a spicy meatball, and love. Get into it. Check the schedule for upcoming show times.

Pitted, So Pitted Sundays
Sometimes, Yist wakes up early on a Sunday and feels like playing some records. What kind of records depends on his mood. A show to highlight good music that might get pushed to the backburner on the friday night shows.

Andy Hemlock's Positive Thing
Andy hosts a one hour experimental show focusing on indie rock, electro, and whatever else is too hip for the rest of us. The Positive Thing airs about once every two weeks. Check the schedule for upcoming episodes...

The Sunday Night Love Flight
We've been threatening to do this show for a while now. The Love Flight is a tribute to 80s & 90s mixtapes: those ridiculous slow jam tapes that you might or might not have made for that special someone, who quickly moved on and started dating some dude named Dexter in college. It's painful. It's ironic. It's Keith Sweat, Al B. Sure, and Jodeci all rolled up into a brutal hour of music you cant believe you loved so much. It's the love flight.
